Meet Lauren
Owner & Creative Director
Lauren is the Owner and Creative Director of Soul Hair, bringing nearly 30 years of hairdressing experience to every client she welcomes into the salon. Her career has spanned international work, salon education, and professional sales before she proudly opened Soul Hair in 2020.
Lauren is especially passionate about colour correction, transformative restyling and trichology, helping clients achieve healthier hair while addressing hair and scalp concerns with care and expertise.
As a dedicated lifelong learner, she believes education is the foundation of exceptional results and continually invests in expanding her knowledge and skills.
Outside the salon, Lauren is a devoted wife and mum who loves spending time with her family - often cheering from the sidelines at her sons' soccer matches. She also enjoys cooking, baking,
movies, and travelling.
Lauren has created more than just a salon at Soul Hair - she has built a close-knit team she considers a second family. Together, they are committed to creating a warm, welcoming experience from the moment every client walks through the door until they leave feeling confident, beautiful, and completely themselves.
Meet Joanie
Senior Stylist
Joanie has proudly called the Hawkesbury home her entire life and has been passionate about hairdressing for 10 years. She specialises in creating beautiful blondes and balayage, helping her clients achieve hair that makes them feel confident, beautiful, and effortlessly themselves.
Outside the salon, Joanie enjoys spending quality time with her family and sharing her love of harness racing with them.
One of the things Joanie loves most about working at Soul Hair is the supportive team culture. To her, the team is more like family than colleagues, creating a welcoming atmosphere filled with laughter, encouragement, and genuine care for every client who walks through the door.
Meet Rikkii
Senior Stylist
Rikkii is a Senior Stylist at Soul Hair with 5 years of industry experience. She specialises in creating beautiful lived-in blondes, focusing on soft, natural-looking colour that is low maintenance and leaves her clients feeling refreshed and confident.
Her favourite part of hairdressing is seeing the transformation - not just in her clients' hair, but in the confidence they gain when they leave the salon feeling beautiful and empowered.
Outside of work, Rikkii enjoys spending quality time with her family and making lasting memories while travelling.
Rikkii feels incredibly fortunate to be part of the Soul Hair family and loves working alongside such a supportive and talented team who make every day enjoyable.
Meet Debbie
Senior Stylist
Debbie is a Senior Stylist with 26 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, Debbie brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and passion to the Soul Hair team. She is dedicated to helping every client look and feel their very best by creating personalised styles and delivering exceptional service with genuine care.
Committed to staying current with the latest trends and techniques, Debbie takes pride in achieving beautiful, tailored results that leave her clients feeling confident and refreshed.
Outside the salon, Debbie enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has a lifelong passion for horses and loves supporting her daughter at horse events.
Having been part of the Soul Hair family for more than seven years, Debbie values the supportive team culture and the lasting relationships she has built with both her colleagues and clients.
Meet Holly
Senior Stylist
Holly is a Senior Stylist with 13 years experience. She is passionate about helping people feel confident and believes every client deserves a positive, enjoyable salon experience.
She loves that hairdressing is creative, rewarding, and always evolving, with endless opportunities to learn new techniques and grow within the industry.
As a mum of three beautiful children, Holly understands the importance of making every client feel welcomed, cared for, and comfortable throughout their visit.
Outside the salon, Holly enjoys spending time with her husband and their three young children. Whether they're fishing, watching the kids ride their motorbikes, or simply making memories together, family is at the heart of everything she does.
Meet Jordan
3rd Year Apprentice
Jordan is a third-year hairdressing apprentice with a passion for creativity, connection
and continuous learning.
She loves that hairdressing has the ability to completely transform someone's day, whether through a fresh colour, a new style, or even a simple blow-dry that leaves a client feeling amazing.
Always eager to learn, Jordan embraces every opportunity to develop her skills, master new techniques, and continue growing within the industry.
She feels incredibly lucky to be part of the Soul Hair team, where everyone supports one another and works together like family.
When she's not in the salon, Jordan enjoys going to the gym, playing netball, camping and spending quality time with her family.
