Welcome to Soul Hair! We’re SO excited to have you join the Soul Hair family.

 

Before your first service with us, here’s what you need to know.

 

Booking:
All appointments must be booked in advance. 

We require a secure booking to hold your spot in our schedule.

 

Deposit:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking your first service. This ensures your stylist is fully prepared for your personalised service.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Last-minute changes affect our team and other clients.

A 'No Show' will be charged 100% of the appointment value for all services.

 

Check-in:
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can start your consultation on time. This helps us tailor every detail perfectly for you.

 

Payments:
We accept card, EFTPOS and cash payments. All services must be paid in full at the end of your appointment. 

 

Social Media Consent:
We love showing off your gorgeous results! We may take photos of your hair to share on our feed or stories. If you’d prefer we don’t, just let us know.
